Loman loppu / The end of the vacation

 

Vierailun viimeinen ilta kallioilla auringonlaskun aikaan. Kaikki hyvä loppuu aikanaan, kuten myös kolmen viikon loma. Oli ihanaa kun Virve ja pojat oli luonani. Sää suosi enimmäkseen auringolla, joten päivät antoivat mahdollisuuden tehdä ja kokea kaikkea kivaa. Odotan kovasti jo seuraavaa vierailua (jos korona sen vain sallii)

We were last evening of the vacation on the rocks in the sunset. Everything good ends in time, as does the three-week vacation. It was wonderful when Virve and the boys were with me. The days were mostly sunny, and so we had possible to do and experience everything nice. I will miss them.

Säännöt Saksan maahantulolle oli muuttunut, joten pojillle piti tehdä coronatesti. Virve selasi näitä yksityisiä testaajia ja yksi oli edullisin, 100 e / poika. Jouduttiin tosin hakemaan se Vantaalta. Testi oli voimassa 72 h, riitti siis kun sen teki matkaa edeltävänä päivänä ja negatiivinen testituloskin saapui nopeasti jo samana iltana. Hyvin siis ehtivät tehdä laivamatkan Travemündeen.

On erilaisia testejä, jotkin on voimassa vain 2 vrk, ja jossain paikoin tuloksen saapumiselle luvattiin 1-2 vrk. Ja hinnatkin vaihteli 100-180 e.

The rules for German entry had changed, so the boys had to undergo a corona test. One preferred test was found (100 e / boy) and was valid for 72 hours, so it was enough to do it the day before the trip, and the negative test result arrived quickly the same evening. Well, they had time to make a boat trip over sea to the Travemünde.

Lähtöpäivänä auton pakkaamista. Ihmettelin. kuinka kaikki mahtuisi autoon, mutta hyvin mahtui.

Pitkä matka kohti Sveitsiä alkoi. Itsellä jäi hieman haikea olo.
