Kasvihuoneilmiö 1

Nummi-Pusulassa, Vanhan Turuntien varrella on Kasvihuoneilmiö 

"Ilmiömäinen elämystavaratalo. Täynnä "hallittua kaaosta ja hillittyä hulluutta".

 Vaatimaton ulkokuori kätkee sisäänsä paratiisin, jossa on jokaiselle jotain… jo ihan pelkkä kiertely, katselu ja ihmettely tuottaa mielihyvää. Kun saavut ensimmäistä kertaa, et tiedä mitä odottaa ... ja sitten haukot henkeä.. :) Siellä on tavaraa laidasta laitaan, lapsesta vaariin.. jne. Tavarat on pinottu päällekkäin ja ladottu vierekkäin. Ja koristeluna on aidot kasvit. Tämä ei ollut ensimmäinen kertani täällä, joten nyt pelkästään kiertelin ja räpsyttelin pokkaria. Ainoa ostokseni oli muutama postikortti. 

70 km away from my home there is an experience warehouse, Kasvihuoneilmiö (translating about "greenhouse effect" or "Climate Change").. "A phenomenal warehouse, full of "controlled chaos and restless madness".

Modest outside hide a paradise inside where has something for everyone .. even watching and wondering gives pleasure. When you arrive here for the first time, you do not know what to expect... There are all kinds of goods for children, women and men, young and old, small and huge. It is decorated with plants. You can see more when you click the link. This was not my first time here so I was now able to go around and take some photos. My only purchase was a few postcards.

Keskiaikaiset markkinat / Medieval Market 2017

Viimeksi olin Turussa kaksi vuotta sitten, nyt olin, katselin ja vein lapsenlapset kotiin. Kas kun äidillänsä oli myyntikoju täällä ja muu perhe oli lomailemassa mukana. Mutta kun kaikki ei olisi mahtunut kotiin samassa autossa kaikkien tavaroiden kanssa, niinpä mummi riensi hätiin.. :) 

I was in market of Turku two years ago, now I was bringing my grandchildren home. Their mother had a selling booth here and the rest of the family was vacationing with her. But everybody didn't fit in the same car to home with all goods, so grandma ran to help :) (Turku is 160 km away from my home.)

Milla ja Näpertelytaivas.

Oli kiva, erilainen tunnelma, kojut molemmin puolin jokea ja ihmisiä jopa viimeisenä päivänäkin tosi paljon.

It was a nice, different feeling, sales on both sides of the river and even on the last day there was really many people.

Pienet yövieraat / Little night guests

Minulla oli ilo saada lapsenlapset pari yötä yökylään ja käytiin mm. Villa Elfvikin luontopoluilla. Ne tuli kierrettyä pariin kertaan, ja rakennuksen luontohuoneessa tutkittiin vähän sitä sun tätä. (Lilli, 6 v. haluaa tutkia itsekseen, kun hän osaa jo lukea ja hänellä on uskomattoman hyvät hoksottinet, väliin tuntuu, että jopa paremmat kuin minulla… heh.) On ne lapset vaan niin ihania ja suloisia ... ja energisiä että tänään on ollut vähän väsy olo, etenkin kun nukuin viime yöt sohvalla.

I had my grandchildren, Lilli ja Leevi a couple of nights. We were hiking in Villa Elfvik Nature trails. In the building there is a room where you can learn and explore natur.  They are so lovely and sweet ... and energy kids that these two days made me (of course..) a bit tired old grandmother... heh..

 Nappuloita painamalla sai kuunnella linnunlaulua, ja kukin lintu oli lasin takana numeroituina.

By pressing the button, they can listen to the birds singing, and each birds were behind the glass.

Ja löydettiin jopa lehmätkin. Ne oli nyt vähän laiskoja, eikä ne ollut kiinnostuneita meikäläisistä.

And we were found even cows. They were now a bit lazy and they were not really interested in us.

Oli muuten kiva huomata, kuinka ulkolaiset kommentoijat kiinnitti huomiota edellisen postaukseni 

lehmävaroituksessa olleen suomalaisen lehmän "puheeseen" eli "muu".

I was delighted to note how almost all of you paid attention to the Finnish cow's speech .. "muu".. in my previous post :D

Lehmävaroitus / Cow warning

Kun oltiin Porkkalan Kopparnäsiin ajelemassa pari viikkoa sitten, näin tämän pienen lehmä-varoitusmerkin. Itse asiassa se on minun eka Suomessa näkemäni lehmämerkki (mitä niitä nyt kaupungissa näkemään :). 

When we was driving in Porkkala, I saw this little cow sign.

In fact, it's my first cow sign in Finland (I cannot see them in the city :).

Ja kohtahan lehmät ilmestyivät näkyviin keskellä metsää. Merkki on Ylämaan karja eli Higland Cattle. 

Hauskan näköisiä. Aikaisempina kertoina ohiajettaessa lehmät on pysytelleet visusti piilossa.

And soon the cows appeared in the middle of a forrest. The breed is Highland Cattle. 

They looks funny. During past times, the cows have stayed hidden.

Lokit / Gulls

Tullessani Kamppiin näin valtavan lokkilauman. Nämä kaksi ihmistä ei varmaan tarkoituksella syöttäneet niitä, mutta jotain kauppaa he tekivät, ja miehen kädestä tippui leipää maahan… luulisin.

 Lokkeja lenteli ympäriinsä, mutta niistä oli tosi vaikea saada kuvaa.

When I arrived at the bus station there was many gulls. These two people didn't deliberately fed them, but something they did, and the bread from a man's hand dropped into the ground ... I guess.

  Gulls were flying all over around, but it was really difficult to get the photo of them.

Mökkitaidetta / Gottage murals

Jossain Roihuvuoressa, mökki lasten leikkipuistossa. Jokin satu tai tarina kiersi mökin, 

mutta hieman epäillyttää tuo viikatemiehen tarkoitus alamökin vasemmassa reunassa.

Taivas putoaa / The sky is falling

Juhannuksen aatonaattona, eli viime torstaina oli mahtavat pilvet, näkymä on ikkunastani. Muualla Euroopassa kärvistellään helteistä, ja me täällä "nautitaan" pilvistä, sateista .. ja rakeista. Kävin tuona päivänä Hesassa, ja onneksi ehdin asettua kahville markiisin alle, kun ukkonen jyrähti ja raesade alkoi.
Juhannus meni ohi enemmän tai vähemmän rauhallisesti, enkä muuten nähnyt yhtäkään kokkoa.
Mukavaa loppujuhannusviikonloppua!

Last Thursday had stunning clouds, the view is from my window. Elsewhere in Europe there are hard heat and, and we "enjoy" here of clouds, rains ... and hails. I was Thursday also in Helsinki, and was drinking coffee under the canopy when suddenly it was raining hail.
Midsummer went past more or less calmly, and I didn't see any bonfires.

PS. If you want to learn very easy Finnish phrase (for Midsummer fest), here it is:
Kokko, kokoo koko kokko! Koko kokkoko, Kokko? Koko kokko, Kokko!

It means about this (there are two men which both has the same last name, Kokko [= bonfire ] :
Mr. Kokko, put together the whole bonfire! The whole bonfire, Mr. Kokko? Yes, the whole bonfire, Mr. Kokko!

Tanssituokio / A dance session

 Kampissa oli taas tapahtuma, tällä kertaa tanssituokio juhannuksen kunniaksi. 

Muutama pari tanssi haitarimusiikin säestyksellä humpat ja tangot ym. Enimmät vain katseli heitä.

In the bus station was again an event, this time dancing in honor of the Midsummer fest.

Featuring music by accordion and a few couples danced. 
Anyone had to chance to go to dance but most people just looked at them.
